Conservation partners exist to support rural communities within the transition and northern zones in Ghana by creating economic opportunities that result in improved wildlife and habitat management. Conservation partners works with government through its relevant agencies, community groups, partners (foreign or local) and others to ensure the application of best practices in the use of natural resources. Conservation partners works with rural communities to develop their own solutions using their knowledge and experience to improve upon their access to services.

Habitat and Landscape Management and Restoration is a proactive strategy aimed at preserving and reviving our natural habitats and scenic landscapes. This approach recognizes the vital importance of maintaining biodiversity and safeguarding ecosystems while restoring the beauty and functionality of our environments.
Climate change mitigation and adaptation.
Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation represent our collective response to the pressing challenge of a changing climate. These twin strategies encompass efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (mitigation) and adapt to the already occurring effects (adaptation).
