Kingsley Osei Domfeh is an astute task-oriented, people-focused Chartered and Certified Economist (AAFM-USA)
and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (ACCE) Ghana. He espouses an incredible passion
for excellence and integrity. Kingsley holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast as well as a Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ from Abetifi College
of Education.
Prior to joining Conservation Partners Ghana as the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation, Kingsley had built a
wealth of professional experience, spanning over 10 years in both the Educational and Financial Services Industries.
In 2018, he was appointed a Part-Time Lecturer at Wisconsin International University College in the Department Of Development
and Environmental Studies. As a Professional Teacher, he has the experience of teaching diverse groups of people from the basic
level through to the high school and tertiary levels of education and was actively involved in teaching, management, and
coordinating student activities with the Ghana Education Service-Presbyterian Education Unit and among others.
In addition, Kingsley, with his experience in the banking industry, worked in management capacities in a number of financial
institutions, notably as Credit Manager of Golden Link Savings & Loans; Branch Chief Executive of Beige Capital; and Senior
Credit Officer of Advans Ghana Savings & Loans, all in Accra, Ghana.
Kingsley’s expertise includes Research, Teaching and Training, Coordinating student activities, Customer Relationship Management,
Credit Administration and Management, Banking Operations, Monitoring and Evaluation, Sales and marketing as well as Credit Risk and
SME financing.
Currently, Kingsley has a number of article publications in a peer-reviewed journal to his credit, and in 2018 he was a reviewer of
manuscripts for the Journal of Economic Studies.
