Administrative Officer
Mahama Sumaila is a management practitioner and administrator for the past decade. He has considerable experience in educational management and administration having worked with the Municipal Education Directorate (West Gonja) for the past ten (10) years. Prior to joining the Ghana Education Service, Sumaila worked as a purchasing officer, Bunyanso Farms Ltd,a produce buying company for over two (2) years. He also taught in notable second cycle institutions within the West Gonja Municipality.
He holds a B.Ed. Education from the University of Education, Winneba and a Master of Science in Environment and Resource Management from the University for Development Studies.
Project Coordinator
>Ruth Atengdem is the Project Coordinator of the Organization. She is an environmental resource management practitioner having worked with four (4) different NGOs in various roles i.e. Millennium Villages Project (MVP) funded by the Millennium cooperation, Integrated Water and Agricultural Development (IWAD) funded by the AfDB, Water Aid and Catholic Relief Services (CRS).
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree Integrated Development Studies (Environmental Resource Management Option) from the University for Development Studies and an Master of Science Degree in Environmental Resource Management from the Institute of Local Government Studies.
Finance Officer
Abdul-haq Hamid is an accountant with over eleven (11) years of professional experience. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Abdul-Haq brings extensive requisite financial management expertise to the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Administration (Accounting option) from the University of Ghana, Commonwealth Executive Masters of Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA finance from the same University.

Kenneth Eben Adanyina is a seasoned Agriculturist and is the founder and Executive Director of CPG. Kenneth has extensive experience in agricultural value chain management. He also has an in-depth knowledge and experience in the banking industry in the areas of credit origination, debt restructuring, asset finance, project finance and re-organization of distressed companies. He has multi industry experience with Irrigation Development Authority, Ghana Cotton Company Ltd, Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, Express Savings and Loans Company Ltd, Legacy Capital Savings and Loans Ltd, The Beige Bank and the Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd. He is passionate about issues relating to the environment thus the motivation for the setup of the organization.
Kenneth played a key role in the implementation of the African Development Bank (AfDB) funded projects in selected districts in the Northern and Upper West Regions i.e. Cashew Development Project (CDP), In-land Rice Development Project (IRDP) and Livestock Development Project (LDP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture whiles with the Agricultural Development Bank. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Technology from the University for Development Studies and a Commonwealth Executive Masters of Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Charles Oduro is a seasoned Development Specialist, Administrator and Banker. He has considerable knowledge and expertise in NGO management and Administration. He started his NGO work as a Project Coordinator with Human Development and Environmental Sustainability Association of Ghana (HUDESAG), a Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to the overall well-being and development of individuals and groups in rural and under privileged communities in Ghana through integrated development programs such as environmental awareness activities, afforestation, good agricultural practices and livelihood interventions.
He is also a pioneer member of Youth Development Foundation, a Non-Governmental organization established to champion issues relating to adolescents reproductive health and youth development where he played a key role in the setup of the organization. He was Head of Administration and Finance for over five years. Additionally, he also played a pioneering role in the setup and management of Pro-Link Organization, Ghana, another non-governmental organization involved in HIV prevention, care and support for persons affected by HIV/AIDS. He was the Head of Programs for over four years in Pro-Link Organization. Charles also had stint as a banker and worked in different financial institution for over thirteen years. He joined the Agricultural Development Bank in 2006 as a credit officer and rose to become a Corporate/SME Relationship Manager for the middle zone of Ghana (Ashanti, Brong Ahafo and part of Western Region). He also worked as Branch Manager of Express Savings and Loans Company Limited and a Credit Analyst at the Head Office of Golden Link Savings and Loans Company Limited. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon and Master of Arts degree in Development Studies from the same University.

Kingsley Osei Domfeh is an astute task-oriented, people-focused Chartered and Certified Economist (AAFM-USA) and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (ACCE) Ghana. He espouses an incredible passion for excellence and integrity. Kingsley holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast as well as a Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ from Abetifi College of Education.
Prior to joining Conservation Partners Ghana as the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation, Kingsley had built a wealth of professional experience, spanning over 10 years in both the Educational and Financial Services Industries. In 2018, he was appointed a Part-Time Lecturer at Wisconsin International University College in the Department Of Development and Environmental Studies. As a Professional Teacher, he has the experience of teaching diverse groups of people from the basic level through to the high school and tertiary levels of education and was actively involved in teaching, management, and coordinating student activities with the Ghana Education Service-Presbyterian Education Unit and among others.
In addition, Kingsley, with his experience in the banking industry, worked in management capacities in a number of financial institutions, notably as Credit Manager of Golden Link Savings & Loans; Branch Chief Executive of Beige Capital; and Senior Credit Officer of Advans Ghana Savings & Loans, all in Accra, Ghana.
Kingsley’s expertise includes Research, Teaching and Training, Coordinating student activities, Customer Relationship Management, Credit Administration and Management, Banking Operations, Monitoring and Evaluation, Sales and marketing as well as Credit Risk and SME financing.
Currently, Kingsley has a number of article publications in a peer-reviewed journal to his credit, and in 2018 he was a reviewer of manuscripts for the Journal of Economic Studies.

Anaba Atinga James is a chartered accountant and business strategist. He has over fourteen (14) years experience in NGO financial management and administration having worked with TRAX Program Support an international NGO based in Ghana and Togo as the Finance and Administration Officer. He also worked in the Togo office of the organization for a considerable period. Prior to TRAX Program Support, Mr. Anaba worked with the Centre for Sustainable Development Initiative (CENSUDI) an International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) funded non-governmental organization as the project coordinator/Finance officer.
Mr. Anaba holds Executive MBA in strategic and project management from the Paris Graduate School of Management, Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Ghana and Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana Certificate.
